The weather may not be co-operating fully, but now that summer has officially arrived and many of us are heading out on vacation, here are a few tips to remember:
- If you are heading out of town, be sure to have someone check on your house regularly. We recommend that this be done as frequently as possible so that news papers and mail are picked up and that someone quickly inspects the inside of the house to make sure there are no issues with water or other potential claims.
- If you are travelling by car in Canada or USA (renting or in your own) be sure that your current ICBC policy includes coverage for Roastar/Roadstar Plus. Please see the links below for a full description of these important coverage options.
- And be sure not to leave town before purchasing travel insurance. Many of our clients find it more convenient and cost effective to take out an annual policy to cover off shorter trip (up to 10 days). For longer trips, these policies can easily be topped up. For a quick and easy quote please click on the travel insurance link on our web site or contact any of our team.
